Hyde Nursing and Care Centre based in Gee Cross, Hyde, provides general nursing care and nursing dementia (EMI Nursing) care for older people. Hyde Nursing Home is also the home to an intermediate care service called Grange View. Grange View services are provided by Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Hyde Nursing Home provides the highest standard of care for up to 60 residents. The home comprises separate care suites with large single bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Each suite has its own entrance, lounge and dining facilities. One of the suites is dedicated specifically towards providing nursing care for residents with dementia related conditions.
Residents can take advantage of our SOL Sunlight Therapy Room. Our specialist sunlight room provides all the health benefits of sunshine without the dangers of direct exposure to sunlight.

Reporting to the home manager, the Clinical Lead Nurse will be accountable for oversight and maintenance of the resident’s care ensuring their individual needs are adhered to at all times and being responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home in the absence of the home manager.
You will be a team player. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner always showing respect to our residents, their families and your colleagues. You will be a nurse with previous clinical leadership experience. In previous roles, you will have been in charge of individual shifts delegating duties to nurses and care staff. You will also have previous experience of assisting in the development of colleagues either through supervision or mentorship plus previous experience providing nursing care in an elderly and dementia setting.
