Job Description

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. This position is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Allied Health Professional or suitably experienced Mental Health Practitioner to lead an exceptional group of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Mental Health clinicians in the South East Oxfordshire Community Therapy Service.

You will be working as part of the South East Oxon Integrated Locality Team to provide a holistic patient led rehabilitation package in your patient’s home or intermediate care bed setting.

If you are versatile, adaptable, have a passion for working with predominantly older people and enjoy working in a team environment, this post may well be for you.

We are also looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a multi professional team. You must be able to demonstrate experience of training/supervising staff and service development.

The individual must also have a keen interest in delivering excellent quality care and be open-minded to new ways of working.

Should you be successful in being invited to interview, it will be expected to do a short presentation for which you will be given the subject.

The successful candidate will need to be available for flexible working over 7 days, have a UK driving license and be a car owner.
