Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN - EMI Registered Nursing Home - Orrell, Wigan - £17 per hour -

Contract: Permanent. Full Time

I am recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse for a 50 bedded home that specialises in providing luxury care for people living with dementia. The home is set within beautifully presented grounds with secure garden areas - as well as large garden areas for people to access.

This is an exciting Clinical Lead opportunity in an EMI registered nursing home for the Elderly with Dementia in Orrell, Wigan. I am looking for Registered General Nurse (RGN) with experience working at a senior level in a fast-paced, dynamic service/ward. Experience at a senior level in a nursing home or fast paced hospital ward will be considered. You will need to be a strong character and clinically sound.

This is a challenging role in a service that has experienced some difficulty in recent times, they are now under new management looking to take on nurses to build a successful team going forward. This could be an incredibly rewarding opportunity for the right nurse.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN, your duties include;

•Supporting junior staff members to ensure they exceed the care standards set by the company and the CQC
•Leading by example with all clinical duties
•Supporting the Home Manager with all clinical aspects of the home
•Teaching and mentoring junior nursing staff to ensure that an exceptional standard of care is provided
