About the role
Following the growth of our NHS commissioned Clinical Services, we have an exciting new role for Clinical Lead South in a high profile, managerial role that is the professional and strategic lead for BOC Homecare Southern clinical services and clinicians employed therein.
The Clinical Lead South will be a key member of the expanding Clinical Leadership team and be responsible, with the Business Manager , to provide effective contract management and Clinical Leadership ensuring that the safety and care of patients is the primary concern. NHS commissioner services will be managed safely, effectively, efficiently and in accordance with the strategic and operational objectives of BOC Healthcare. This means that all aspects of patient care and services are delivered to the highest standards, that relevant governance systems and processes are in place, robust and adhered to and that the supporting workforce is fit for practice. The Clinical Lead South is accountable for ensuring that patient care is assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated in accordance with required organisational and professional standards.
The successful applicant should have a full driving licence and due to the travel required for this role, it will be eligible for a Business Needs Car. Ideal location for the successful candidate would be Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.
