We are looking for a registered nurse to join our bank team on the next phase of its exciting journey of growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will act as the key clinical interface between the wards, matrons, site management team etc to ensure there are proactive and timely interventions to the demand on temporary staffing.

The role will provide professional leadership and management to the banks registered nurses and Nursing Assistants and will drive exciting and innovative recruitment campaigns to these roles.
The role will also line manage the Allocation Team Manager and help drive operational efficiency within the shift allocation team.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for a clinician that would like to develop their management skills in a supported environment.
