Our Clinical/Forensic Psychologist role involves:

  • Provision of psychological services with support and supervision from a Senior Psychologist
  • Assessment and reporting of patients’ risk and treatment need
  • Provision of 1x1 interventions to patients to help address individual needs
  • Provision of group sessions to patients to address generic needs
  • Contribution to MDT care planning and review
  • Contribution to the CPA process
  • Reflective Practice
  • Engaging in / providing Supervision
  • Commitment to personal professional development.

To be successful as Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you’ll need:

  • Accredited post-graduate qualification in Forensic or Clinical Psychology leading to Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
  • Experience in working in a Forensic Mental Health Setting
  • The drive to learn and develop
  • A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
  • A flexible, positive, team-orientated approach.
