Specialist Clinical Psychologist Band 7
CAMHS Complex Behaviour Support Team for children with learning disabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist to work with us in a small team providing services to children with learning disabilities and complex behaviour. We work in partnership with the Local Authority Child Disability Teams across West Sussex. The work is varied and challenging and the post holder will be involved in providing support to young people, their families and network of support staff. This will include working closely with residential, education and social work staff.

Regular specialist supervision and CPD will be provided by the lead clinician for the team and additionally there are regular opportunities for peer support from within the team.

Successful candidates are normally offered salaries at the bottom of the relevant salary range. However, where previous or equivalent NHS experience in a similar role can be demonstrated and evidenced, this may be taken into consideration when setting the starting salary.
