£45,000 - £50,000 per annum + 15% Performance Related Bonus
We are looking to fill a vacancy for a Clinical Services Manager in a private hospital in York who has the experience and skills to lead, direct and motivate a clinical team as well as support the Hospital Manager in the day to day running, management and development of the hospital.
As well as leading the team, you will also take an active part within Theatre, providing scrub assistance or helping out in the pre/post-op area's as required so you will need to have your Registered Nurse qualification, current PIN and scrub skills.
The main responsibilities of this role include leading and implementing the hospital's clinical strategy and providing support and input to the hospital's overall business strategy, deputising for the Hospital Director in their absence, develop and share evidence based clinical practice, develop a working environment that actively improves health, safety and security, develop strategies and policies for service improvement, co-ordinate monthly clinical team meetings and promote a cost effective, patient focused quality service for the continuing success of the hospital.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, manage your own workload, effectively lead and manage a large multi-skilled team and have the ability to operate at both operational and managerial levels using your own clinical skills. It is also desirable that you have management experience within a hospital or ward setting.
