Job Description
Salary: Circa 55K to 60K plus 20% bonus
Location Buckinghamshire (Milton Keynes)
Goodall brazier is looking for an ambitious Clinical Services Manager or a candidate who has worked in a senior post to join their large Clinical Team. You will provide the operational and strategic leadership on a daily basis. This is a real opportunity to develop you professionally and also the service provided by the hospital.

This is a leading private hospital in Buckinghamshire with an excellent reputation for excellence in specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addiction (alcoholism, drug rehabilitation, gambling). The hospital has established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.  For people suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues, such as stress and anxiety, the hospital provides a range of outpatient based therapy services such as individual and group based cognitive behavioural therapy.  For those people requiring inpatient care for more severe psychiatric illness such as depression, psychotic illness or eating disorders, there are residential facilities for 60 patients.  The company has a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapist
About The Role (Duties):
The CSM will be responsible for the operational, day to day delivery of all patient services across the clinical areas, while also actively contributing to the strategic objectives of the Hospital through strong clinical nursing leadership and management.
• To lead and manage Nursing Services, supported by the Clinical Matrons
• To be responsible for holding the Clinical Matrons and senior nursing staff to account for the provision of high quality, safe nursing and patient care standards.
• Implement the Hospital nursing vision and strategic plan across areas of responsibility to deliver a clinically and financially viable service model.
• Implement and monitor local standards of nursing and patient care including responsibility for achievement of local and national patient care quality standards
• To be accountable for the operational management of all areas of clinical responsibility across sites within the Hospital.

Job Requirements
About The Individual:
• RMN with current registration with NMC
• Relevant Post registration Qualification
• Attendance on a clinical leadership programme
• Attendance on a management training programme
• Significant experience at a senior level in a relevant children's in-patient environment
• Proven experience of leading, managing and developing people and effective teams
• Demonstrable high level clinical, operational and strategic leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial, organisational, consultancy and influencing skill
