Job Description

Cygnet Health Care is one of the UK's largest independent providers of mental health care, providing high value integrated services to a wide range of individuals. We aim to offer personalised care to service users with psychological, emotional and addiction problems. For our hospital-based services, this spans medium security all the way to rehabilitation services, with a wide variety of specialist mental health, learning disability and personality disorder services offered at all stages of the pathway.

Cygnet Hospital Woking, formerly Alpha Hospital Woking, provides low secure services for male and female patients and a specialist psychiatric care service for adolescents. Close to the main site we also have a male locked rehab service. The hospital is located just half an hour from London, is close to the M3 motorway networks and is supported by a vast public transport network.

We are currently recruiting for dynamic Clinical Team Leaders for our Adult Services. You will manage the activities of the team, in partnership with, and with the support of the Manager and have close involvement in efficient and effective management of the ward and nursing practice.
