The is a 15-bed unit in Kenton, Middlesex, providing a care pathway for service users that have been in hospital for some time and are preparing for community living, before discharge.
So, if you're an experienced leader, with demonstrable experience within this service user group, we would love to hear from you.
From you, we'll need commitment and drive to provide the highest quality of care. Interpersonal skills are essential for this post, as you'll be working within a tight-knit team and liaising with a wide variety of people. A knowledge of and interest in the mentoring of students and supervision and appraisal processes is also essential. In return, we will provide you with ongoing opportunities to hone new skills and further your career, as well as providing you with an environment where teams are supportive and supported.
