We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for an experienced Colorectal nurse with a keen interest in nurse led clinics to join our team at Wexham Park Colorectal department.
You must have a keen interest or experience in the surgical field, and be friendly and patient centered, with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and motivated.
We can offer you:
• Mentorship to support your development on the ward
• Comprehensive induction with the trust
• Minimum 2 weeks supernumerary status
• Dedicated support from Practice Development Nurse’s to provide on the job development
•Support for further education for career and role development, including various study days, ALERT, ILS and mentorship courses.
We are open 5 days a week from  ( Phone number removed ) , so will ask for you to be flexible with the hours you are available to work to cover this, but we appreciate the importance of your work/life balance and work hard to meet your requests where possible.

Successful applicants will be required to attend a corporate induction starting on the 1st day of employment with us. There are 2 courses per month and you must be prepared to start with us on one of these pre-set dates in the month. The induction course is up to 4 full days of training (subject to role) and will be run on weekdays only.
