Our Trust is recruiting enthusiastic, highly motivated midwives, to join our dynamic, dedicated, forward thinking professional team which serves a wide geographical area with rural and urban communities. We will recruit midwives with the drive and passion to expand and develop our Community and Midwifery Led Services.

The services we provide:

Here at Morecambe Baywe are investing in our Community and Midwifery Led Services to allow us to further develop the experience for women. We actively support and promote homebirth services. This investment will enable us to provide an innovative Community and Midwifery Led service.

Helme Chase is our stand alone midwife led unit in Kendal.

Development Opportunities

The successful candidate will be subject to the completion of satisfactory 6 month probationary period. This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.
