Job Description

Community Care Assistant Arbroath Homecare Services and Stirling Homecare Services GBP 739 per hour Monday- Sunday. Increasing to GBP 825 from 1st October, 2016 There is a mileage allowance paid for transport. Must be flexible and able to work weekends Sue Ryder is one of the leading Home Care providers in Scotland with an excellent reputation. We are looking to add to our team of passionate and caring Community Care Assistants. We have jobs available throughout Angus and Stirling areas. Early shifts and back shifts. Successful applicants are required to provide a PVG. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant. If you feel you would be able to deliver incredible care to our supported people then please apply. Duties include visiting service users in their own homes to promote their individuality to help them with personal care. People living with long-term physical and neurological conditions are making choices and living as independently as they can. We offer compassionate personal care in homes across the many towns and villages of Angus and Stirling. As a Carer you will be carrying out quality holistic, outcome focussed, person centred care and support to individuals. Experience of providing personal care with and empathetic and sensitive approach are essential to this role. Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided. An SVQ or equivalent is preferred but not essential as training can be given. A team worker with effective time management skills. It is essential that you hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
