Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Registered Nurse to develop their nursing skills within the Newton Abbot Zone Community setting. We are a proactive team working in a multidisciplinary approach with our health and social care colleagues as part of the Health and Wellbeing Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will provide Community Nursing care, advice and information to patients and carers with the aim of maintaining patients in their own homes enabling them to enjoy maximum independence and optimum quality of life.

This is a part time, permanent post of 15 hours per week.
