An opportunity has arisen to join the Conwy East Locality District Nursing Team, covering a large, busy area, with a diverse population. The role will involve providing high standards of care to patients within their own homes including the new Enhanced Care Service and to be involved in nurse led clinics.
The post requires that the successful candidate is a registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development. They should be motivated and enthusiastic, work within the team, whilst having the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will require an awareness of the evolving role within District Nursing.
You must be able to travel between patients homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
