The Deddington district nurse team has an exciting opportunity for a community nurse to join their friendly, committed and hardworking team for 375 hours a week. We are are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse with excellent communication skills, to provide high quality personalized nursing care to patients in their own homes. We are based within the GP practice at Deddington, but work closely with colleagues as part of the wider Banbury Locality.
Special emphasis is placed on the provision of care to prevent hospital admissions, facilitation of hospital discharges and provide nursing care to the housebound patient. Previous community experience is preferred however not essential; a full induction programme and training will be available for the suitable candidate.
