We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated staff nurses to join our busy community nursing teams in Watford & Three Rivers locality.
The HCT Integrated Community Teams are committed to delivering high quality, evidence- based nursing care to patients within their own homes and offer an integrated multidisciplinary approach in helping to support patient discharge and prevention of admission to hospital.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme and the opportunity to work in a friendly, dynamic, professional and caring team.
Successful candidates will need to have an ability to creatively problem solve and work on their own initiative and will need to demonstrate an understanding of current professional and community issues. Community nursing experience is preferred but there will be opportunities for training and development for the right applicants.
In addition to the basic salary, some posts attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £951 and a maximum payment of £1,649 pa pro rata (subject to location.)
A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
