We are looking for Band 6 Community Nursing Team Leader to work across sites in the South Devon area. There is a changing model of care within the Torbay and South Devon Foundation trust with a heightened focus on community services. As a result a number of wonderful opportunities have arisen for candidates who are ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated. The successful applicants will lead Community Nursing teams working within the South Devon area. They will need to show excellent communication across the wider health care arena. Those chosen will show high levels of leadership ability. They must have a sound clinical grounding in the essential skills of community nursing and be able to demonstrate evidence based practice.
