An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Neath Port Talbot Flying Start Health Visiting Team for an experienced Nursery Nurse to work alongside Flying Start Health Visitors supporting families in their homes and with the wider Flying Start team in group activities in the community.

You will be an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual with the ability to work alone and as part of a dynamic team

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
