Job Description

Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Bedfordshire and Essex.

Harlow Integrated Community Team are looking for a dynamic, innovative compassionate Band 6 nurse who wants to deliver high quality healthcare to patients within their own homes.

You will be working as a highly valued district nursing sister/charge nurse within an integrated Community Team made up of nurses, therapists and community matrons. You will have the opportunity to influence service design and lead the delivery of quality nursing services for local patients.

We provide a service from 0700hrs to 2300hrs 365 days of the year bases on a 3 shift pattern.

Car driver and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this post and the Trust will provide mileage payments for petrol used.
