An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Community Phlebotomist delivering care in and around the City of Plymouth.

The key part of our service is providing high quality nursing care, to meet the need of the individual in the home, supporting the individual to remain at home, safe and warm, to stay independent maximising wellbeing and improving health outcome through to End of Life care.

Working 18 hours per week; you will need the ability to working autonomously and as part of a team demonstrating initiative with sound clinical knowledge and judgement. You need to be able to demonstrate the ability to undertake venepunture, prioritise your work load, maintain comprehensive documentation using electronic records and travel to patients homes around Plymouth.

You will need to travel and attend to service users based across Plymouth. A full and valid driving licence and access to a car for work purposes is required;reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act will be considered.
