Wiltshire Health and Care is proactive in developing community specific training and can offer a supportive and friendly environment in which to learn new skills.
We currently require a band 5 Physiotherapist to work in the Malmesbury Community Team. Our community team is expected to work in patients’ homes, in community clinical settings and to work professionally in a Multi-Disciplinary Team, linking closely with the GP Practices in the local area of Malmesbury, Wootton Bassett, Purton and Cricklade.
The team is based at Malmesbury Primary Care Centre and operates a shift pattern from 08:30 to 18:00 hours. Staff will be expected to work weekends and will be expected to cover early and late shifts. Experience in front line NHS community patient care is essential, as is evidence of up to date clinical professional development.
Applicants need to have excellent Therapy skills, well developed communication skills and be able to work under pressure. The role is demanding but rewarding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual who can work flexibly and efficiently. We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the ongoing development of the services we provide.

All new starters with Wiltshire Health & Care will be subject to a six month probationary period.
