This is an exciting opportunity to apply for a Band 6 CPN at the Mulberry Centre Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) for Older People in Burnham on sea. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with an RMN qualification that has both the experience and passion to work with older people with mental illness.

Mulberry OPCMHT is a Multi-disciplinary team that provides assessment, treatment, reviews and support for people with complex mental health problems. We link closely with other professionals such as GP’s and District Nurses and Adult Social care.

As a Care Co-ordinator you will have a defined caseload and will focus on working directly with clients, families and their carers to ensure people receive an effective assessment with support and information to manage their condition whilst considering any possible risk or safe-guarding concerns or Deprivation of Liberty.

You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively whilst remaining sensitive and empathic.
