An exciting opportunity has arisen for registered nurses to join our dynamic District Nursing teams in Oxleas Foundation Trust. We have vacancies across the Boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
You will be highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic, delivering exceptional quality nursing care to people in their own homes. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be an excellent team player. We are looking for nurses who respect their patient’s privacy and dignity. You will possess excellent communication, assessment and care planning skills and have a good knowledge of clinical standards.
You will be given the opportunity to develop your clinical skills through support to complete all of the district nursing competencies and an active personal development plan. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in regular clinical supervision and be actively committed to their own personal development.
The service runs between the hours of 0800-1800, you will be expected to work on a rota basis, with an additional one weekend in four on duty.
