We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated staff nurse to join our Community Nursing team based at Ashbourne Medical practice. You will be passionate about Community work and caring for elderly patients in their own homes and demonstrate a drive and commitment to achieving the highest standards of nursing care in the Community setting. As part of the wider Ashbourne Integrated Community Team you will benefit from excellent peer support, ongoing professional development, clinical supervision and regular staff meetings.
