Who we are

Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) is responsible for providing community health service for over 500,000 people living across the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond-Upon-Thames.

Community Healthcare covers most of the services that are provided outside of hospital or GP surgeries. We are passionate about delivering high quality care and provide a range of services for both adults and children including community nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, nutrition and dietetics, health promotion and stop smoking services, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy. We also provide some specialist services such as audiology, neuro-rehabilitation, continence services and continuing care.

Some of our services such as the Walk-in Centre at Teddington Memorial Hospital and the Hounslow Urgent Care Centre attract patients from nearby boroughs and we also run services further afield such as the LiveWell and stop smoking services in the London boroughs of Sutton and Merton.

Community Staff Nurse - Learning Disabilities (Band 5)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic community staff nurse to join our multidisciplinary team for adults with learning disabilities. This post is particularly suited to a newly/recently qualified RNLD.

As a Registered Nurse (for people with a Learning Disability), you will be based in Hounslow and will work across the London Borough of Hounslow. Some out of Borough work is also part of this role.

Our central focus is to have the Service User and their family at the core of what we do. We are deeply committed to delivering on the wider learning disability agenda and other relevant health and social care legislation and guidance

As an RNLD, you will receive active support and guidance from your peers and senior colleagues. The Trust is also committed to your professional development, offering flexible learning opportunities via the professional development processes.
