Job Description

Formed in 2002, 5 Boroughs Partnership achieved NHS Foundation Trust status in early 2010 and has established itself as a leading provider of mental health services regionally and nationally by delivering innovative approaches to providing high quality services. In 2011 the business expanded to incorporate community service provision enabling the Trust to begin to design and deliver integrated high quality care services. We expect all new starters in clinical, patient facing posts (bands 1-4) to complete all 15 standards of the Care Certificate, within their first 3 months with us.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 registered nurse to join a well-established dynamic community nursing team in Knowsley.

The successful applicants will be in possession of current NMC registration, able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative and enjoy providing high quality care in the community setting. Previous is community experience desirable but not essential. You will be supported by experienced clinical team leaders and have access to relevant training opportunities
