Applications are invited for a full-time Consultant Dermatologist to join our dedicated, adult elective dermatology service. The service is located in the state of the art Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre.
The Dermatology Service serves a population of about 750,000 and covers both Nottingham City CCGs as well as the CCGs comprising South Nottinghamshire. The service has a national reputation for Mohs surgery, skin surgery and phototherapy. Clinics are also held at several peripheral sites in Community clinics. This post will be Nottingham based with the job plan based predominately in the Nottingham Centre. Sessions at other sites may also be required.
The post-holder will be expected to undertake general Outpatient Clinics and skin surgery and to be involved in all aspects of the Dermatology service to ensure continuity of service provision.
Applicants are required to be on the GMC Specialist Register in Dermatology or be within six months of obtaining their CCT by the interview date.
