We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and dynamic Physician with a commitment to service innovation, development and improvement at Morriston Hospital, Swansea.This substantive appointment is to expand the Department of Medicine for the Elderly.

You will contribute to the operation of the acute Older Peoples Assessment Service which has been successful in improving the care delivered to frail elderly patients admitted to hospital. This MDT based model provides early comprehensive geriatric assessment at the front door. You will have responsibility for acute inpatients and will deliver a combination of daily ward and board rounds in an elderly medicine ward and outpatient/hot clinics.
