This post at Scunthorpe General Hospital is for a Consultant in ICU and Anaesthesia. The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in education, teaching and clinical audit.
Scunthorpe General Hospital and Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital deliver a full range of emergency/secondary health care services including intensive and high dependency care. There are 8 fully equipped Theatres offering a quality service to a wide range of specialties including Urology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedic/Trauma, Colorectal, Maxillo-Facial, ENT, Ophthalmology, Surgical specialties, Dental and Obstetrics.
The Anaesthetic team also lead an efficient Acute and Chronic Pain Service.
Northern Lincolnshire offers superb value housing, excellent schools, road and rail links, plus an airport and ferry terminal. The area has to be visited to appreciate the benefits of living and working here.
