Job Description

Consultant Psychiatrist – Older Adult Service Line
Full Time: 40 hours per week (10PA’s) plus on-call
Inpatient and Community, Jasmine centre, Dartford

£76,001 - £102,465 per annum plus 05PA for on-call and 3% (of a 10PA salary) Category A availability supplement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Older Adult Service line as a full time Consultant post based at Jasmine Centre which is located within the grounds of Darent Valley hospital, Dartford.

The post holder will work closely with another full time consultant colleague to provide specialist secondary mental health service to GP’s surgeries in Dartford, North Kent CCG area. You will work in the multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team to provide assessment and treatment for Older Adults (over 65 years old) and also for Younger Adults with early onset dementia. Also post holder will have responsible clinician duties for the locality patients admitted at Jasmine ward.
