The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is a large multi-site Trust whose ambitious programme to reconfigure services in line with leading national and international care delivery models will be completed during 2016/2017
We are looking for candidates to join a team of 27 WTE radiology consultants who provide subspecialist expertise as well as general radiological services across our three sites, with modern imaging equipment and staff facilities. We also support the Leeds and Bradford Radiology Training Scheme with up to 10 trainees present in the department at any one time.
The post attracts 10 Programmed Activities including a minimum of 15 SPA. Additional PA for DCC and SPA is negotiable with role development.
Candidates must be in possession of, or be within six months of obtaining, a CC(S)T in clinical radiology at the time of interview.
The appointment will be on the basis of the new consultant contract laid down by the Hospital Medical and Dental Staff Terms and Conditions of Service and will be remunerated as appropriate on the salary scale £76,001 - £102,465 per annum.
