I am currently recruiting for a Contract Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), to work within a Hospital in Cardiff, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who enjoys working in an adult acute mental health ward, and who is looking for a new short term contract.
This is an amazing opportunity for a nurse - RMN qualified - to join a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing high levels of care within a service that caters for elderly dementia patients. As part of your contract role you will be able to be based purely on one ward, you will know your shifts 6 weeks in advance and the role is not ad hoc shifts.
This is a great opportunity to work 3 or 4 shifts consecutively in a week and then if you live in other cities then go back home if you wish.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will:
•Support the Unit Manager and take charge in their absence
•Supervise the care given by junior staff
•Promote and maintain high standards of quality care
•Provide on-going training for the support workers
The ideal Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), will have:
•A Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification
•A current registration with the NMC
•Up to date knowledge of current practices
•Excellent communication skills
•The legal right to work in the UK
For someone living in Cardiff or South Wales or looking at relocating to the area for 3 or 6 months there is no travel expenses or accommodation provided. Also you would be able to operate as a limited company or can also be PAYE with the hospital directly.
