Bishops Gate is a residential service for people who have Prader Willi-Syndrome (PWS). We are able to support up to 8 adults aged 18 years and over. We provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can be fully involved in their care and support in order to lead a more independent and fulfilling future.
We require a Cook on a part time basis to prepare meals for our Residents which will be based on menus following specialist advice from Dieticians. Due to the nature of PWS it is important that the meals provided will have a high nutritional value, and that sensitivity is used at all times, whilst making meals enticing for the Residents.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland. We are an equal opportunities employer.
