£32,000 - £36,000 per annum

As a Critical Care Sister in our Manchester Hospital, you’ll lead a dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical professionals to deliver the very highest standards of care, safety and service. You and your team will make a big difference for patients, relatives and consultants, both by caring and by helping to develop services. Across a complex and ever-changing caseload, you’ll strive to meet each individual’s unique health and wellbeing needs. As well as leading by example, you’ll promote good practice and develop others’ skills through proactive coaching and mentoring.

Job Requirements

An NMC Registered Nurse with significant experience in critical care, your skills and experience span a wide range of nursing competencies including infection control and safety. Knowledge of, and commitment to, standards and external bodies such as the Care Quality Commission, is essential. It is your passion for caring and strong leadership skills that really set you apart. With a Mentorship qualification and a commitment to driving excellence and succeeding together, you are ready and able to foster ever higher standards of care for our patients.
