Our client has already been recognised by CQC and governing bodies for their new methods of care delivery, our client provides excellent training and career opportunities and with further growth plans in the South it is a good time to consider joining their journey as they see the Deputy Manager becoming the registered manager within 6-12 months.
As the Deputy Manager you will be clinically responsible for the care delivered within the nursing home, you will monitor compliance, audits, carry out assessments & recruit staff to meet residents specific needs. You will work closely with the home manager to successfully commission and promote the home locally, always monitoring and ensuring best practice.
You will be nurse qualified with an active PIN and you must have a proven background working at Deputy level within an elderly nursing home environment. You will be enthusiastic and driven and a real desire to manage this specialist home in the future is essential as part of our clients growth & development strategy.
