Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
Salary: £35,800 - £37,000
Hours: Full Time - 3 Days supernumerary and 2 Days Clinical
I am really excited to let you know about a brand new position for an experienced nurse, within a small independent company. This organisation is looking to develop a registered nurse into senior management position, with lots of development opportunities available with this expanding, progressive company. The home recently completed a CQC report, in which is scored an overall "good" rating, and is now looking for a deputy manager to help with the growth and expansion of the company. The units are of an intimate sizing, which offers an opening to provide outstanding personal nursing care.
Upon joining the company, you will receive training and ongoing support within the role, including 1-1 teaching. You will be upskilled in the role, provided with all the skills needed to develop into a senior management position.
Benefits within this company include a great level of support and training, 5.6 weeks annual leave and uniform all provided. The biggest benefit though, will be the working in a genuinely supportive and positive environment - working outside of larger organisations run completely by profit, you will be able to see the results of the positive work you do.
Personal specification include hardworking, passionate but most of all positive - we're looking for fun, outgoing people to join this team and make the home a real happy place. You will need to come to the position with an attitude which reflects the values of the company - the care of the service user comes above and beyond everything else. We need good communication skills and a basic understanding of clinical ability.
We like to do things a little differently at Appoint Group, and aim to make the process of finding a new position as smooth and easy for you as possible. We understand every person is different, so if there are any aspects about this role which you are unsure of, or would like to have an open, honest and confidential chat about your career, with no pressure and obligation, please give me a call back on 01489774205.
