Deputy Home Manager - Letchworth- £38948 + 2K Bonus + Benefits!!!!!

Our client is a leading charity that provides care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. The friendly Nursing and Residential Home is situated in the Letchworth  area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups. They are seeking an experienced deputy home manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a high quality service and developing the staff team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing nurses and care workers at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well-being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

Job Requirements

Candidates will need to be a 1st level nurse and ideally hold NVQ/RMA/LMC and have management experience within a similar elderly care setting. The role is full time and benefits include on-going training, life assurance, sick pay, annual reward, and lots more.
