Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: North West London - near Paddington / Shepherds Bush

Salary: £35,000 per annum £1000 Welcome Bonus and excellent benefits

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

We are delighted to be recruiting for a skilled, experienced and competent Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager within an excellent residential and nursing home in North West London. This lovely care home provides residential, nursing, palliative and respite care for elderly residents, some of whom have dementia or physical disabilities. They also offer individualised care programmes for those with sensory impairments. Staff morale is very high.

The service has achieved a good CQC report in its most recent inspection, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join the management team in a well-run home and make a difference to the patients' lives. Person Specification: We are looking for an experienced qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered) with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge. You must have supervisory / managerial experience within a similar environment and be capable of running a team. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK.
