Job Description

Deputy Manager - Blyth - Award winning company LNR Future Solutions are currently working with a medium sized nursing home in Blyth to recruit a Deputy Manager. The nursing home specialises in both residential and Nursing care for the elderly. The successful Deputy Manager will be a qualified nurse RGN or RMN and will ideally have some experience working within a care home setting. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in their career. The successful deputy manager will work closely with the home manager with the day to day running of the home. You should have excellent knowledge of the CQC requirements as well as safeguarding. Responsibilities • Administering medication • Produce individual care plans • Maintain accurate records • Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations • Commit to improving the lives of residents • Be organised and proactive • Respect the service users and their wishes
