Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Location: Rainford - near to St Helens, Merseyside
Salary: Circa £33,250 per annum (£16.00 per hour) - negotiable depending on experience
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly-skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager in a well-equipped, lovely nursing home located near to St Helens. They have various features for residents to enjoy such as a relaxation room and beautiful gardens.
This home provides person-centred nursing and residential care to individuals with a range of needs, such as dementia and other mental health or neurological needs. They can also provide palliative and respite care. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for a strong, passionate nurse to help run the home.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the standards of care within the home, ensuring that the residents' health and wellbeing is the focus. You will work closely with the Home Manager and will assist with the day-to-day running of the home, acting as Manager in their absence.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. We are looking for an experienced nurse with a strong background, ideally in a similar environment.
