Job Description

Ammanford - Deputy Manager - RGN or RMN

LNR are currently recruiting for a registered general nurse RGN or registered mental health nurse RMN to work as Deputy Manager for a medium sized nursing home in Ammanford. The nursing home offers nursing care to the elderly as well as nursing care to the mentally infirm.    
The registered  nurse RGN or RMN will ideally have 6 months post qualification experience and will hold valid NMC pin number.  You will need to work 41 hours per week, including on the floor hours and supernumery

Job Requirements


  • Administering medication
  • Produce individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations
  • Commit to improving the lives of residents
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Leading a muti-disciplinary team
  • Supporting the Home manager in the running of the home

The successful registered nurse must be:

  • RGN or RMN (or equivalent)
  • Able to work in the UK
  • Have a valid NMC pin 

Salary starts at £16.50 per hour or equivalent - £35,178.00 p/annum
