Job Title: Deputy Manager - Small Supported Living service

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Salary: £34,000 per annum excellent benefits

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We are delighted to be recruiting for a skilled, experienced and competent Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager within an excellent supported living nursing home in Ipswich. Split into different units, this lovely service provides nursing care for individuals with varying needs, but particularly dementia. They also offer individualised care programmes and fantastic facilities such as a multi-sensory room. Staff morale is very high.

The service has achieved an excellent CQC report in its most recent inspection, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join the management team in a well-run home and make a difference to the patients' lives. Person Specification: We are looking for an experienced qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered) with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge. You must have supervisory / managerial experience within a similar environment and be capable of running a team. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK.
