Deputy Manager (RGN) - Nursing Home - Southport, Lancashire - £17.50 - £18.00 per hour - Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse or Deputy Nursing Home Manager (RGN qualified), who is looking to secure a permanent position within an Elderly Nursing Home in Southport, Lancashire.

As a Deputy Manager (RGN) you will be responsible for:

•Establishing and maintaining high standards in all other resident centred services such as day care, specialist units and general activities as appropriate
•Monitoring standards on a routine and systematic basis
•Ensuring that all standards required by registering and regulatory and other statutory bodies are met
•Keeping up to date with current philosophies of care and promote modern practices
•Acting in a professional manner at all times and to uphold the NMC code of professional conduct
•Ensuring that complaints are dealt with promptly, professionally and sympathetically in accordance with the Trust's complaints policy

As a Deputy Manager (RGN) you will have:

•A Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification
•Current registration with the NMC
•Eligibility to work in the UK
•Experience in a similar setting
