About the Role


An exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager has arisen within a Nursing Home in the Burscough area of Ormskirk.

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of Home, helping to lead a team of care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents.

You will instil a culture of continuous improvement, promote a strong teamwork ethic and ensure CQC and Local Authority compliance. You will form effective relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.

Job Requirements

About You

You will be able to demonstrate experience in supervising and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.

An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.
