Whiteknight Recruitment are working with a well- established care provider in the Somerset area.
With this role you are supporting the manager and supervising staff within the care homes to respond to the needs of the individual residents. You would be supporting the manager when it comes to quality care of the service users within the policy of the company's Quality Assurance framework. You would be meeting targets and maintain a high level of occupancy wihtin the home and liaising with families and other professionals such as GP's and Social Workers.
Applicants applying for this role must have experience in understanding the needs of older people, management or supervisory experience and at least 2 years experience of working with older people.
Minimm of Diplom on Health and Social Care or a Level 3 or equivalent who is willing to work towards their Level 5. ANeed to have flexibility when it comes to emergency response to incidents at the home.
