At Blyton Court,Gainsborough we support people who have a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. We support the people living at Blyton Court to lead an active and fulfilled life as independently as they would like.

Each individual at Blyton Court decides which activities they would like to take part in. Some living at Blyton Court enjoy make-up sessions, having manicures and having their hair styled, whilst others prefer spending time outdoors. The nearest town is three miles away and is accessed by a local bus service. Within the immediate village there are shops, pubs and a park.

Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager.  The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse preferably RNLD with a minimum of 3 years post registration experience.

The role holder will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The role holder will support the Service or Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
