A Deputy Manager position has arisen within a small care home near High Wycombe that provides general elderly frail nursing care.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week on day shifts and offers excellent rates of pay in the region of £16 to £17 per hour depending on experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse looking to take the next step into management, and the successful candidate will be provided with all the support necessary to succeed in this role.
Applicants for this Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- Qualified and registered with the NMC as an Adult/General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Experienced in a senior or leadership position within an elderly care home setting
- Confident leading and managing a strong team
- Good working knowledge of CQC requirements and quality standards, with a passion for high quality care
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Service Manager in the clinical and operational management of the home, providing leadership and support to the care and nursing teams and contributing to the smooth running of the service.
