Deputy Manager ( RGN or RMN )

Location: Upton, Chester

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full Time 40 Hours

Shifts: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday)

Contract type: Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated level one registered nurse to work within a very reputable family run care home located in Upton Chester as a Deputy Manager. The home offers Dementia, Palliative, Parkinson's and Respite care. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

Who are they looking for

- You will be a level one Registered Nurse

- You will possess a sound and up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning

- With a real understanding of the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to residents' lives, you will champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to our residents

- An ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families

- A natural educator, you will continually seek to share your knowledge of elderly care with those around you

- A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN.
